Jack has been a registered Architect in the state of Tennessee since 1976. He has worked on many complex projects and is very familiar with Building Codes, construction specifications and construction administration on large complex projects. He served as the on-site Architect for the 3½ year Construction Administration of the TVA office complex in downtown Chattanooga. Later, after starting the firm, he provided design services for several TVA remodeling projects within the Complex. More recently, he has provided design services for a 17,000 sf Office building in Cleveland, TN, 20,000 sf. Remodeling of a 100-year old warehouse to Office building, 24,000 s.f. Library, a 40,000 s.f. Civic Center, a 10,000 s.f. Senior Center, and a 10,000 s.f. Adult Education facility. Mr. Killian has performed design and administrative services for many Industrial projects such as the Quality Control Labs at Schering Plough manufacturing center in Cleveland, Warehouse and Offices for TVA customer Sequatchee Valley Electric Cooperative Centers in Dunlap and Pikeville, TN, and the Offices for TAG Manufacturing in Chattanooga’s Enterprise South Industrial Park.

Kenny is a registered Architect in the state of Georgia. He was involved in the design of a 24,000 s.f. Library, a 40,000 s.f. Civic Center, a 10,000 s.f. Senior Center, and a 10,000 s.f. Adult Education facility. Mr. McDade has hands-on experience working in the TVA Office Building. He also serves as project Architect on many healthcare-related projects, including projects at Erlanger Hospital, in Chattanooga, TN; and Hutcheson Medical Center, in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, as well as Library projects, such as the LaFayette Public Library, and the Calhoun-Gordon County Public Library.
